Additionally, you are liable for damage to the bicycle caused by falls or carelessness, such as damage to the handlebars.

For potential damages we apply predetermined and reasonable rates. Minor issues that occur during normal use of the bike such as a flat tire, will not be charged.

You can cancel your booking for free up to 48 hours before your booking starts. After that, you will be charged the full amount of your booking.

You can easily cancel your booking by sending us a message on Whatsapp.

Bikes that are delayed without agreement will be charged based on the length of the delay. Costs are €100 euros per each day that the bike is not returned. If you notify us in advance (2 days’ notice) and your bike is available on the subsequent days the rental period can be extended based on the standard rates.

If your battery runs out during your ride please contact us.

Depending on availability, we may:

-Provide a replacement battery

-Arrange a solution to get you back on the road

Please note: it is your responsibility to monitor battery usage and plan your trip accordingly.

We ask that you return the bike in the same condition as received.

Normal use is expected, but excessive dirt, damage, or missing items may result in additional charges.

If you encounter any issues, please contact us immediately.
We will assist you as quickly as possible, whether that means troubleshooting, repair, or replacement.

You are responsible for the bike during the rental period. In case of damage, please inform us as soon as possible. Repair costs will be charged depending on the situation and extent of the damage.

In the event of theft, you are liable for the full replacement value of the bike.

To prevent theft:

-Always lock the bike to a fixed object
– Keep it within sight whenever possible
– Do not leave the bike overnight in public areas such as train stations or parking garages

We strongly recommend storing the bike in a secure location, such as your hotel or campsite.

Damages

Yes we ask for a deposit to keep things safe. This can be your passport, ID card or rental car key. You´ll get it back when you return the bike.

We highly recommend you to have a travel insurance in case of accident, damages or loss.

Repair costs depend on the specific part and the extent of the damage. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged accordingly.

If accessories such as the lock, helmet, or charger are damaged, replacement or repair costs will apply.

If the bike is not recovered, the renter is responsible for paying the full retail value of the bike. We are not liable for theft or loss during the rental period.

If the key is lost, a replacement fee will be charged.
In some cases, additional costs may apply if the lock needs to be forcibly removed.

We don´t charge extra costs for flat tires repairs. If a flat tire occurs don´t continue riding as doing so can damage the wheel even more making it hard to repair. Call us and we will find a suitable solution together.
